Regulations
Park Opens May 09, 2008 and Closes on October 05, 2008
The Park Annual Party will be in August 2008

1. ONLY ONE CAR PER TRAILER.
2. Additional cars PARK AT VISITORS parking lot.
3. Overnight visitors must register at the office and $5.00 per adult, (16 and up) per night.
     Visitors are not allowed to bring pets.
4. Noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. All complaints must be addressed to management
     only.
5. No unsupervised kids on the docks or private boats. Children using our floating docks
     must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. DRIVE SLOWLY on the premises.
7. Do not damage trees. If caught, the person will be charged.
8. Campers responsibility to deposit domestic waste in garbage bin.
9. Campers are responsible for their picnic table. We will not be replacing them.
10. No household garbage in our garbage bin. Eg. Lawn chairs, tables, paint, mattresses, etc.
      Domestic waste only!
11. PETS MUST BE TIED AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. They are not allowed in
      cottages, on the beach, on the sand or in the water.
12. Pet owners are responsible for theirs pets actions.
13. No motor bikes allowed on the premises.
14. Campfire pits must not be moved and must always be supervised.
15. NO CARS ARE TO BE WASHED with well water. Use non-potable water.
16. No permanent clothes line tied to the trees.
17. Main sewer line must cleared according to management's discretion. No storage of any
      kind on water or sewage lines.
18. No buildings are to be built without the management's approval.
19. The campers who are leaving the following year must advise management before
      closing date. If you pull out your trailer at the beginning of the following year, you
      will be charged $300.00 for winter storage fees.
20. Campers must pay in full before May 09, 2008 or Hydro will not be provided.
21. Anyone caught stealing and/or doing damage on purpose, will be banned from the
      premises with no refund.
22. All boat trailers are to be stored at camper's residence (NOT ON LOT OR IN VISITORS'
      PARKING).
23. We, Rainville Cedar Cottages, are not responsible for any and all damages to property
      rented, owned or leased by you or your care. Trailer owners have sole responisbility
      for their own insurance.
24. Trailers are to be sold individually, not with lot.
25. Trailer park owners must approve the new owner in order for them to stay at Rainville
      Cedar Cottages.
26. Please do not throw anything in sewers such as food, sanitary napkins or anything else
      that could block the pipes.
27. Nobody can stay overnight until Park opens.
28. No fishing off docks where there are boats.
29. Management reserves the right to make any changes. Regulations do not apply to
      management.
30. If you have any questions, we will be glad to answer them.

This is a nice place to stay, and with your cooperation, it will be even better.
